At InnoNext, we believe that innovation and sustainable development require the contribution of people from diverse backgrounds — of all ages, with a particular focus on empowering young people, and especially young women. The next generation must be given opportunities to learn, lead, and innovate.
As an innovation hub at the intersection of people, science, and business, InnoNext integrates gender equality, youth empowerment, intergenerational collaboration, and coaching into its work. This applies both internally and across the public–private partnerships we establish worldwide, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.
